I stayed for three nights with family while exploring local attractions. The breakfast was a standout feature, offering a wide range of choices that kept us satisfied each morning. However, we did encounter noise from the interstate and faced some inconvenience with towel service during our stay.

During our stay, the pool was closed for maintenance for a significant amount of time, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to relaxing there. Additionally, the housekeeping service was inconsistent. we had to specifically ask for our room to be cleaned daily, which felt inconvenient. Lastly, we noticed that towels were often taken without being replaced, making it difficult for us to manage our needs throughout our stay.

the holiday inn express & suites, colorado springs south i-25 by ihg was an excellent choice for our family. the king suite had plenty of room for my husband, daughter, and me, making our stay very comfortable. the location was great, close to our family's home and restaurants like freddies and qdoba. we also loved the indoor pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Housekeeping starting at 9 am felt intrusive, especially when needing to come back later!!! A little more flexibility with scheduling would make for a more comfortable stay. Also, better planning for room service turnover would enhance satisfaction.
